Mark Mulcahey

Thirty years of experience in strategy consulting for the world’s leading companies in the public and private sector. Ten years supporting major regional and local government organisations driving digital transformation, establishing commercial businesses and developing collaborative strategies. Further experience in the development of skills strategy, education transformation and HE strategy development.
Non-Executive Chair of an innovative UK University. Extensive international experience in Europe, America, China and Japan including mobile start up, mobile media strategy, digital strategy and media acquisitions. Created, managed, developed and sold a series of successful service businesses. Over 20 years of experience in the digital and telecommunications market. Extensive work both for the venture capital community and for clients looking to raise money from banks, capital groups and other investors in the UK, USA and Europe.

Tom Silk
Director, Fourth Story
Twenty-five years of experience in commercial and marketing strategy consultancy for leading international companies, sports and entertainment bodies. Six years’ experience supporting major regional and local government organisations with organisational transformation, developing commercial and marketing strategy and meeting the needs of customers.

Tom is a transformation and innovation specialist, with diverse experience across a range of disciplines in local government and the private sector. He has a track record of delivering major change programmes including digitally-enabled business transformation and economic growth programmes. Most recently Tom has undertaken a number of assignments for Bristol, Oxfordshire, Derbyshire Local Authorities, Santander UK, and England’s Economic Heartland.
